In many countries having tea with the family and friends consider very important. This is because the gathering moment will bring the warmth situation among them. While drinking tea they also chat about their business or perhaps any matter of their life. In the middle of the busy time, spending time by drinking tea is enjoyable along with relaxing the muscles after the workday. The custom of drinking tea is varied from one country to another. Let’s take an example in India and Sri Lanka. They commonly drink chai tea which a kind of black tea combines with spices such as coriander, curry leaves, lemon grass and other spices.

The research shows us that this kind of tea can maintain our body to stay healthy because the organic ingredients can stimulate the body condition. Another example of drinking tea tradition is reflected in the life society in Japan and China. They even keep the tea kettles on the table. Of course, the tea kettles are decorated details and very lovely. Some of the people like to use that rather than the electric one. They believe that the kettle porcelains add more delicious taste which everyone cannot describe it. However, some of the modern countries like the USA and some others in Europe prefer electric kettle to make their tea for family gathering in the evening.
